About this event
Following the successful launch of TAIWA, we are pleased to announce TAIWA Season 2, an event dedicated to fostering dialogue and mutual understanding between Japan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
This edition will focus on "Understanding Eastern Congo: Challenges, Context and Perspectives". Together, we will discuss and share perspectives on the ongoing conflict in Eastern DRC, its historical context, humanitarian impact, and the challenges facing local communities. Through expert presentations, personal testimonies, a photo exhibition, and interactive discussions, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the realities on the ground and explore pathways toward peace and sustainable development.
Participation Fee: ¥1,500
Payment: Payment will be collected at the venue on the day of the event.
